Snaply – Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Snaply mobile application (the “Application”).

The owner and operator of the Application is Mariusz Bugajski Dev (the “Service Provider”).

The Application is available exclusively on iOS devices.

By using the Application, the user agrees to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Application allows users to manage photos stored locally on their device using gesture-based interactions (e.g., swipe left/right).

All photo operations are performed locally on the user’s device.

User photos are not uploaded to or stored on the Service Provider’s servers.

3. User Account

  1. Some features require creating a user account.
  2. Registration is handled via Firebase Authentication.
  3. The user agrees to provide accurate and truthful information.
  4. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • Monthly subscription: $1.99
  • Yearly subscription: $17.99

All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store using Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscription management, validation, and entitlement handling may be supported by a third-party service provider (RevenueCat) acting as a technical infrastructure layer.

The user acknowledges that:

  • Payments are subject to Apple’s App Store terms and conditions,
  • Subscriptions are managed through the user’s Apple ID settings,
  • Cancellation must be performed via Apple account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to:

  • use the Application in compliance with applicable laws,
  • not interfere with the operation of the Application,
  • not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

6. Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • data loss resulting from user actions (e.g., deleting photos),
  • technical issues beyond the Service Provider’s control.

The user uses the Application at their own risk.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms of Service.

Users will be informed about changes via the Application or website.
